I charge an hourly rate which covers all garden works, cleaning up and travel. Additional charges apply to the following:

• Green waste removal

• Material purchase

• Specialist equipment hire

• Fertilisers

• Herbicides

• Pesticides

• Fungicides

Due to the large area of Geelong and surrounds, a travel fee may be applied depending on your location. I try my best to schedule jobs in similar areas to keep travel charges as low as possible.

To ensure that gardens look their best, it is important that there is enough time to complete the job to a high standard. Because I want to leave your garden looking as good as possible, I believe a minimum time is needed.

I am a gardener. I am trained and experienced in horticulture and garden maintenance, not in landscape construction. While there is some crossover between landscaping and gardening, my expertise is in plant care and not construction. So if you need someone to build you a new deck or retaining wall, sadly I'm not your man (although I can recommend some wonderful local landscapers).

I try to avoid chemical use as much as possible, and will always prefer to remove weeds or pests by hand or through non-chemical means. If required, I will use the least harmful products available and preferably only organic products. I do not use products containing Glyphosate (marketed as RoundUp) due to it's impacts on health and the environment.
